Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every use of FunClip, including prompts, reference files, generated output, sharing, and commercial use. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Sexual Content

You must not use FunClip to request, create, upload, share, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or other sexually oriented content.
• Nudity intended for sexual arousal or content depicting sexual acts or sexual services.
• Any sexualized content involving, depicting, or appearing to depict a minor. This is strictly prohibited without exception.
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualizes an identifiable person without their explicit consent.
• AI companion, romantic character, or relationship content with a sexual purpose.

Other Prohibited Uses

You must not use FunClip to create or facilitate:

• Face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or manipulation of an identifiable person's face or identity.
• Abuse, harassment, hateful content, exploitation, graphic violence, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, malware, weapons, controlled substances, or instructions intended to cause harm.
• Content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. You must have the necessary rights and consent for all reference materials.
• Attempts to bypass content moderation, access controls, rate limits, or other safety measures.

Prompt Moderation and Enforcement

FunClip screens every user-supplied prompt before it is sent to an image or video generation model. A prompt may be blocked when it violates or may violate this policy, or when moderation is unavailable. You may not rephrase or resubmit content for the purpose of evading a block.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations. We may preserve and disclose relevant records when required by law or necessary to protect users, rights holders, FunClip, or our service providers.
