Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. You must not use FunClip to request, create, upload, share, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or other sexually oriented content. Nudity intended for sexual arousal and sexual content involving minors are strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to evade, disable, or circumvent content moderation or other safety controls.

We screen user-supplied prompts before image or video generation. We may reject prompts and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Payment and Billing

Video packs are one-time purchases, with no automatic renewal. Solo includes 1 video for $9.90, Duo includes 2 for $18.90, and Party includes 5 for $44.90. Each video includes one scene and one 10-second 1080p animation with audio. Allowances remain valid for 365 days. A new version uses a new allowance. Technical failures restore the failed step’s allowance so it can be retried.

Refund requests can be submitted through the in-app support widget with the relevant order details. We review them based on service delivery, credit usage, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right.

Generated Output and Commercial Use

FunClip does not add a watermark or impose a separate personal-use-only restriction on generated output. You may use output for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law, these Terms, third-party rights, and any terms imposed by the provider of the model you selected. You are responsible for checking that your prompt, reference material, and intended use do not infringe another party's rights.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
