All three packs are valid for 365 days. The names count video allowances, not performers. Solo still makes a two-person duet. Party gives you five allowances to use for separate videos; it does not unlock a five-person cast or additional templates.
Each normal video workflow includes composing a still scene and animating that scene. You review the still before starting the video step. Extra versions consume additional allowance. A larger pack gives you more room for separate clips or new versions, but you do not need it merely because you are uploading two people.
If you are deciding between Solo and Duo, count the outputs you actually want. One clip with you and a friend fits Solo. Two distinct clips with different pairs point toward Duo. Buying more does not guarantee a closer facial match, and the model settings are not better on the larger pack.
“Free preview” can describe very different things
On any generator, check what you can view or download before paying. A public example made by the site, a still preview of your people, and a completed personalised video are different deliverables. Some tools also distinguish a free render from a paid download. Read the actual checkout and result screen rather than relying on a button label alone.
On FunClip, the free material is the existing example gallery. Your own still scene and video are part of the paid workflow. There is no promise of a free personalised generation. You can inspect the example style, read the photo advice and check the current pack prices before signing in.
After checkout: avoid an accidental second purchase
Stripe confirms payment, and FunClip records the order and allowance in your account. If returning from checkout leaves the page showing an unconfirmed payment, use Refresh status and check your account before clicking through another purchase. A delayed status update is not a request to pay twice.
Keep using the same Google account you bought with. If you contact support, include the order reference and describe whether the problem happened at payment, scene generation or video generation. Do not send card details or authentication codes.
Generation time can vary. An accepted task may continue while you are away from the page. Use My clips to check the existing task before submitting a new one. FunClip does not promise a fixed completion time in seconds or minutes.
Failed tasks and unwanted results are different
When a generation step technically fails, that step's allowance is restored. A successful scene can be kept if the subsequent video fails, so you can work from the scene already created. This recovery concerns generation allowance; it is not an automatic refund to your card.
A completed clip you would like to change is another case. A different outfit interpretation, an expression you dislike or a creative result that is not what you imagined does not automatically count as a technical failure. A new successful version uses allowance. Check the refund policy for payment-refund conditions and contact support about an unresolved problem.
The cheapest practical starting point is the smallest pack that covers your actual task, paired with clear input photos. Use the photo checklist, watch the examples and decide whether an original orange-studio performance is what you want to make.
