How to Make a Hotel Lobby AI Video: Two Photos to MP4

Two portraits are enough to make an original orange-studio duet in FunClip. Choose who stands on the left and right, check the still scene, then animate it into a 10-second video with generated English rap and music. You do not need to film a performance or write a prompt.

Before buying, watch the finished examples. FunClip creates a new performance: it does not put your faces into the original music video or include the original recording. If matching that exact song and choreography is your main requirement, this particular workflow will not give you that result.

Start with the clip you want to send

Think about the person who will receive it. A duet with your best friend can be a joke for the group chat; a couple can use it as a playful message to each other. The scene, short English lines and music are preset. There is no field for a birthday name, custom lyrics or an uploaded song, so plan your caption separately if you want a personal message.

The difficult part of this task is often choosing and assigning the people. In a public Hotel Lobby workflow discussion, the author describes preparing several references and explicitly identifying each performer. FunClip gives each adult a separate upload slot so you can make that choice directly. That setup helps communicate your intention; it cannot guarantee perfect likeness.

1. Choose two clear portraits

Use one consenting adult per image. Start with a photo in which the face is sharp, evenly lit and looking approximately toward the camera. Keep the hairline and chin visible. A head-and-shoulders or fuller portrait with some clothing detail gives you more to inspect than a tiny face cropped out of a crowded picture.

Two separate photos are fine; the people do not need to be photographed together. If all you have is a group photo, make two separate crops first and check that each crop still contains enough detail. Do not upload the full group into both slots and expect the tool to know which two people you meant. Our photo selection guide walks through that decision.

Only use photos you have permission to upload. The public examples are AI-generated. They show the intended style and format, not a promise that every upload will produce the same quality.

2. Pick a format before creating the scene

Choose 9:16 Social for a tall clip you plan to watch on a phone. Choose 16:9 Wide when you want a landscape composition. The format affects how the two people fit around the microphone, so choose it before spending a generation on the scene.

Both options produce a 10-second, 1080p video with audio. Choosing a wider frame does not add more people or extend the duration. If your finished video will be part of another edit, match its shape to that project to avoid cropping somebody out later.

3. Choose a pack and complete checkout

Sign in with Google, then choose Solo, Duo or Party. These names count finished-video allowances: Solo contains one, Duo two, and Party five. Every Hotel Lobby clip still uses two people. Solo is enough to try one complete scene-and-video workflow.

Payment happens in Stripe. After returning to FunClip, let the payment status update. If the page still says payment is not confirmed, use Refresh status instead of buying again immediately. A successful return URL by itself is not proof that payment completed; check the order in your account if you are unsure.

4. Assign left and right, then inspect the scene

Add your first portrait under Left performer photo and the other under Right performer photo. Confirm the thumbnails before creating the scene. This first stage produces a still image of the pair in the orange studio.

Look at both faces, not just the overall composition. Are the intended people on the correct sides? Are both inside the frame? Are their faces recognisable enough for your purpose? Check hands and clothing too. If the scene is wrong, fix that before animation: motion should not be treated as a way to repair a face you already dislike.

A new scene is another generation and uses allowance. Making a careful first choice is more useful than repeatedly clicking for a different version without changing the weak input.

To start over after the still scene has finished, reopen the home page at its clean URL and leave Restore scene unselected. Upload your photos into the new form. The current scene cannot be edited in place. Starting a new scene uses additional allowance and may require another purchase; the successful old scene is not refunded. Only do this once the current task has finished, and check account history if its status is uncertain.

5. Animate, check and download

Once you are happy with the scene, start the video step. It creates a fresh performance with short preset English lines and a generated beat. Keep the existing task while it runs. If you leave the page, use your account history to find the accepted task before submitting another one.

Watch the whole result with sound. Check the faces during movement, the handoff between performers and the ending. Speech, mouth movement and fine details can vary. Download the MP4 when the result suits your needs, then add your own caption in the app where you plan to share it.

When something interrupts the process

A technical failure restores the allowance for the failed step. If the still scene succeeded but the video failed, keep that scene and retry the video when the interface allows it. A successful result that you choose to replace is a new version and consumes allowance; it is not automatically a failed task.
